Basic Function

This is a research focused training role, the primary purpose of which is to provide early career scientists with the opportunity to develop their research skills and competencies.

As part of this development, the role will work closely with an expert advisor in LCA, and a team at University College London (UCL).

The PD researcher will have the opportunity for conference attendance and/or a research exchange visit to University College London (UCL).

Crops, Environment and Land Use Research Centre, Teagasc, Oak Park, Carlow, R93 XE12

Salary:
Post Doc (Level 1) with a Salary Scale of €40,331 to €44,572

Government policy continues to be that starting pay on recruitment from open competition for all posts within the public service should be at the minimum of the relevant salary scale and are not subject to negotiation.

Contract duration:
15 months
