The Hausdorff Center for Mathematics (HCM) at the University of Bonn and the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in Bonn (MPIM) invite applications of outstanding mathematicians for a:
W2-Professorship (Bonn Junior Fellow / Max Planck Research Group Leader) as a joint hiring.
This is a temporary position for a period of five years.

We are looking for young researchers holding a doctoral degree who are about to develop their own research agenda in pure mathematics.
They should have already demonstrated their scientific independence by relevant publications. Candidates should have several years of international research experience.
Bonn Junior Fellows also participate in the additional resources of the Hausdorff Center. They will contribute to our advanced teaching program. German language skills are not required.
Professors are encouraged to supervise doctoral students.
